we invite you to an individual parent-teacher meeting where the results of the 1 ^st quarter or mid-semester of your child will be discussed The bulletin of the 1 ^st term or your child's mid-semester transcript will be commented on and given to you during an interview with the head teacher. You will find attached a response coupon and we ask you to complete it and to return it or give it to your child to give to the head teacher before Tuesday, December 15, the deadline. If you cannot be present that day, I ask you to contact the Principal Professor upon receipt of this letter via the bulletin below, to make an individual meeting in order to comment on the results of the bulletin of your child.
